The Traffic & Safety Special Provisions are considered unique and when submitting for The Plan Review and OEC meetings the signing (03T810), pavement marking (03T811 & 812), and the signal (03T819 & 820) Special Provisions should be included along with the respective checklist. The Traffic & Safety checklists are a tool used to compile the Special Provisions. The signing (03T810) and pavement marking (03T811 & 812) can be combined into one checklist and the signal (03T819 & 820) should be a separate checklist.

:* Hit the update button
:* Open the checklist.
:* Compile the SPs and save the package to your computer.

The Checklist for Constructability Review ([http://mdotcfintra.state.mi.us/interchange/forms/pdfforms/1960.pdf form 1960]) must be completed and signed by both Development and Delivery staff and included in your OEC submittal.
